With significant experience in providing legal advice on motorway alternative financing arrangements, refinancing, operational restructurings or the regulatory framework, on one side,

and current involvement in some of the landmark energy infrastructural projects, on the other side, we thus combine legal and regulatory expertise with deep market knowledge.
