Ivana Mihaljević

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Ivana advises clients on various aspects of company law, labour law and finance law. Her expertise extends to participating in due diligence exercises, preparing transactional documentation, and providing strategic advice on M&A and finance projects. She offers practical, day-to-day counsel to clients on administrative and labour law issues. Ivana has extensive experience in assisting foreign clients when doing business in Croatia, legal research and drafting legal opinions from various legal fields.

While studying at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb, Ivana focused on banking and financial law and regulation of private equity funds in Croatia. She was also a member of the winning team of the 7th Adriatic Moot Court competition.
