Stephani Jelčić

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Stephani Jelčić is a member of our team that focuses her practice on M&A transactions and tax law matters. She assists clients from various industry sectors with the tax implications of their day-to-day business. Stephani is regularly a team member in different due diligence exercises. Stephani also advises clients in various corporate and labour law, as well as real estate matters. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, and she spent a semester at the University of Complutense in Madrid.
