Vladimir’s work focuses on tax law, financial transactions, and corporate and financial restructuring in various industries. Vladimir heads the firm’s tax and banking & finance law department, with an emphasis on the tax law aspects of transactions and tax controversy matters. He also regularly advises clients on finance deals, where his engagement covers a strategic (structuring) approach to banking and finance mandates. Vladimir’s work has been consistently recognized by leading legal directories.

Having received his Mag. Jur. from the University of Zagreb and his LL.M. degree (cum laude) from Tilburg University (The Netherlands) focusing on International Business Tax Law.
