BDV (led by Vladimir Batarelo, Marko Bohaček and Antonia Ćurković) advised the sponsor company Vjetroelektrana Bruvno d.o.o. on the shareholding, structuring and financing of a wind farm project located in the Zadar County with capacity to be installed exceeding 40 MW.
The project is already in the “ready to build” phase, whereby this financing and strengthening of the shareholders’ structure will contribute to a fast commercial operation commencement of the project
